Our Commitment

Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing credits, you agree to this policy.

1. Credits Are Non-Refundable

All purchased credits are final and non-refundable. Once credits are added to your account, they cannot be exchanged for cash.

2. Exceptions

We may issue refunds in exceptional circumstances such as technical errors that prevented service delivery or duplicate charges.

  • Technical failure: If a credit was deducted but no image was generated due to a technical error on our end, we will restore the credit or issue a refund.
  • Duplicate payment: If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, we will refund the duplicate charge.
  • Unused credits within 7 days: If you purchased credits and have not used any of them, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

3. Credit Expiration

Credits expire 1 year from the date of purchase. Expired credits are not eligible for refund or extension.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • The date of purchase
  • The reason for your refund request

We will respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
